How are my coins shipped back to me?
Our return shipping fee is based upon the number of coins submitted and the total declared value of the coins. The shipping and insurance schedule is spelled out on the submission form that was Emailed to you.

What does the service include?
The full CoinSpa service includes measuring and weighing each of your coins. This information is then laser engraved on the inside of an acrylic 2.5" X 3.25" holder. The holder subsequently is permanantly sealed, thereby making it inherently tamper resistant. In addition, and perhaps foremost is the photography that accompanies this service. We will professionally photograph your coins under ideal lighting and with high-end equipment. These photographs will be burned onto a CD and returned to you along with your encapsulated coins. In addition, if you so request, we will publish these photos on the Web for your easy access to share with your friends, or to use as a very powerful sales tool. Each coin will have it's own unique URL, along with HTML codes to allow for easy use in online ads.

You have coins for sale, is that a conflict?
Not at all, as we are not a grading service. The coins that I have for sale are coins that I have accumulated over the years, from my personal collection, traded for, etc.
